Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies


Friday night is movie night! I stayed in this time and watched Wes Craven's Red Eye. Its such a suspenseful movie! I snuggled on the couch with these guilt free cookies! They are of course low carb, high fiber, and taste like the real deal!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1 whole egg
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or melted butter
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/8 cup vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup dry oatmeal 

You will need parchment paper and a pan

Instructions

preheat oven at 360 degrees

Mix all ingredients together. You will get a cookie batter consistency. When all ingredients are mixed, grab a tiny ball of cookie dough and place on the wax paper. Flatten it slightly. Do this until all batter is gone. 

This should make about 12 cookies.


Bake for 25 minutes or until darkens.
