Fat Loss Update

Some of you that follow me on instagram may know that I am participating in a weight loss challenge. Its called WATCH ME MELT. Its a 7 week long challenge that ends Halloween weekend. You win by taking a before and after picture in the same clothes...whoever gets the most "likes" win. So far here is my 3 week progress.

I lost 1% body fat and 4 lbs so far!
I notice a change in my hips, waist, and legs.

I started to add running, and Fitness Blender videos to my schedule. 

Also, continuing drinking that gallon of water a day has helped tremendously!
