Personal Updates

So it's about a year or so since I've been plateauing within the 165-170 range. I've increased my calorie intake, added complex carbs to my meals, increased my water intake, started lifting crazy.. and the scale hasn't really tipped much. 

BUT.. the inches are falling off and my clothes are getting loose. I swear the scale is the devil. All I'm looking to do is tone really... so I guess I'm happy with the way things are going. 

I'm joining a fitness bootcamp next week that I bought on groupon. In a few months, I'll update you on the changes!
