Juicy Booty Meat Workout

Lets not pretend ladies... everyone wants a nice booty! Some women go through unhealthy measures to get them..but here at Fit Girl Jess, I'm going to teach you how to get that nice plump round booty... the NATURAL way!

 

No equipment needed.

Workout
Squats >> 3 sets, 15 reps
Lunges>> 3 sets,  15 reps
Side Lunges  3 sets, 15 reps
Sump Squat >> 3 sets, 15 reps
Deadlifts >> 3 sets, 13 reps
Rear leg lift >> 3 sets, 15 reps
Kneed leg raises >> 3 sets, 15 reps
Kneed leg side extension >> 3 set, 15 reps

Cardio... 1 min each do as much as you can

Basketball shots ..squat and shoot 
Jumping jacks into squat
Skater to the side
Burpees


Stretch

Total Workout Time : 20 minutes
